Terms Used In Indiana Code 30-4-6-5

  • Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
     Any proceedings under this article may be initiated on either a petition or complaint and upon notice as provided in 30-4-6-6.
