- Subpoena: A command to a witness to appear and give testimony.
- Trial: A hearing that takes place when the defendant pleads "not guilty" and witnesses are required to come to court to give evidence.
Sec. 3. The bureau established by section 1 of this chapter or an agent of the bureau may issue a subpoena under Indiana Trial Rule 45 to obtain any financial or other information needed to establish, modify, or enforce a child support order.
