The Department may levy and collect a reasonable fee for brand inspection as required under the provisions of this chapter. Any fee so levied must be collected in the manner prescribed by the Director.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 565.070
- Brand inspection: means a careful visual examination of each animal offered for such inspection and a visual examination of any brands, marks or other characteristics thereon. See Nevada Revised Statutes 565.010
- Department: means the State Department of Agriculture. See Nevada Revised Statutes 565.010
- Director: means the Director of the Department. See Nevada Revised Statutes 565.010
