‘Transferee’ means a devisee, a beneficiary of trust, a grantee of a deed, including a grantee of a deed pursuant to NRS 111.655 to 111.699, inclusive, and any other person designated in a transfer instrument to receive a nonprobate transfer or other interest in property for less than fair market value.
