Before the Director may adopt a regulation pursuant to NRS 584.099 to 584.285, inclusive, the Director shall submit the regulation to the State Board of Health for review and comment. The Board shall complete its review and return the regulation to the Director not later than 30 days after its receipt thereof unless the Director agrees to a longer time.
