The Department shall provide blind persons licensed under this article with such vending stand and other business enterprise equipment and a stock of suitable articles to be vended therefrom as may be necessary.
Terms Used In Virginia Code 51.5-90
- Business enterprise: means any business other than a vending stand. See Virginia Code 51.5-60
- Department: means the Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired. See Virginia Code 51.5-60
- Vending stand: means an installation in any public or private building for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, soft drinks, ice cream, wrapped foods and such other articles as may be approved by the custodian thereof and the Department. See Virginia Code 51.5-60
