Terms Used In 28 CFR Part 37 - Procedures for Coordinating the Investigation of Complaints or Charges of Employment Discrimination Based On Disability Subject to the Americans With Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973

  • Amortization: Paying off a loan by regular installments.
  • Case law: The law as laid down in cases that have been decided in the decisions of the courts.
