Terms Used In 28 CFR Part 4 - Procedure Governing Applications for Certificates of Exemption Under the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959, and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974

  • Foreclosure: A legal process in which property that is collateral or security for a loan may be sold to help repay the loan when the loan is in default. Source: OCC
