Arizona
includes both of the following:

(a) A display on a wireless communication device of a department-generated driver license, nonoperating identification license, vehicle registration card or other official record of the department that is presented to a law enforcement officer or in a court or an administrative proceeding Arizona Laws 28-101
includes :

California
means any paper, book, map, account, or document California Water Code 1076
means testimony, writings, material objects, or other things presented to the senses that are offered to prove the existence or nonexistence of a fact California Evidence Code 140
Michigan
means any property that furnishes or tends to furnish proof in a legal matter Michigan Laws 434.21
Utah
means information that is inculpatory or exculpatory as the information relates to an accusation against an accused student or accused student organization, including:

     (5)(a) a complainant statement;
     (5)(b) a third-party witness statement;
     (5)(c) electronically stored information;
     (5)(d) a written communication;
     (5)(e) a post to social media; or
     (5)(f) demonstrative evidence Utah Code 53B-27-602
means property, contraband, or an item or substance that:

     (16)(a) is seized or collected as part of an investigation or prosecution of an offense; and
     (16)(b) may reasonably be used to incriminate or exculpate an individual for an offense Utah Code 77-11c-101
