Terms Used In Alabama Code 28-4-121
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- person: includes a corporation as well as a natural person. See Alabama Code 1-1-1
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the several territories of the United States. See Alabama Code 1-1-1
It shall be unlawful for any railroad company, express company or any other common carrier or any officer, agent or employee of any of them or any other person to deliver any liquors of the kind mentioned in Section state, foreign country, etc., or delivery within state of liquors intended to be used in violation of laws of state” class=”unlinked-ref” datatype=”S” sessionyear=”2020″ statecd=”AL” title=”28″>28-4-120, when brought into the state from any of the points or places mentioned in Section 28-4-120, to any person whomsoever, where said liquor has been consigned to a fictitious person, firm or corporation or to a person, firm or corporation under a fictitious name.
