- municipality: means a political subdivision incorporated under the laws of the state that is a home rule or general law city, a home rule or general law borough, or a unified municipality. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
The Alaska Court System may not publish on a publicly available website the court records of a violation of Alaska Stat. § 04.16.049 or 04.16.050, or a similar ordinance of a municipality, if the violation was charged separately and was not joined with any other minor offense or criminal charge at the time of filing.
