Alaska Statutes 08.55.040 – Fees

The department shall set fees under Alaska Stat. § 08.01.065 for each of the following:

(1) application;

(2) hearing aid dealer license;

(3) renewal of license;

(4) renewal delinquency;

(5) duplicate license.
