Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 16.20.094
- state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
The boards may adopt regulations governing entry, development, construction, hunting, fishing, and all other uses or activities not in conflict with Alaska Stat. § 16.20.096 and 16.20.098 for the purpose of preserving the natural habitat and the fish and game of the Walrus Islands State Game Sanctuary.
