In Alaska Stat. § 18.60.705 – 18.60.740,

(1) “code” means the code adopted under Alaska Stat. § 18.60.705;

(2) “commissioner” means the commissioner of labor and workforce development;
(3) “department” means the Department of Labor and Workforce Development;
