- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
A person under 21 may not be employed or allowed to sell or serve alcoholic beverages or to work on a licensed premises, except as provided in Alaska Stat. § 04.16.049.
