Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 23.10.400

  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.

An employer who violates Alaska Stat. § 23.10.375 – 23.10.400 is, in addition to any civil liability, guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction is punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000.
