- Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
The commissioner may accept a gift or donation from a public or a private source that is offered unconditionally for carrying out Alaska Stat. § 23.15.010 – 23.15.210. The commissioner may accept a conditional gift if, in the judgment of the agency, the conditions are proper and consistent with Alaska Stat. § 23.15.010 – 23.15.210.
