Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 23.15.270
- state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
The committee shall work in close cooperation with local committees and with the President’s Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities to carry out the purpose of Alaska Stat. § 23.15.220 – 23.15.320 more effectively, and with state and federal agencies having responsibilities for employment and rehabilitation of people with disabilities.
