Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 23.15.510

  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060

A person who wilfully violates any provision of Alaska Stat. § 23.15.33023.15.520 is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction is punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000, or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or by both. However, this section does not apply to the violation of the requirement under Alaska Stat. § 23.15.390 to comply with Alaska Stat. Chapter 43.70.
