A person, firm, or corporation operating a public service plant or public utility, who wilfully fails, refuses, or neglects to file the report required by Alaska Stat. § 42.30.040 within the time specified is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction is punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000.
