(a) Delinquent payments under this chapter shall subject the marijuana cultivation facility to civil penalties under Alaska Stat. § 43.05.220.

Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 43.61.030

  • state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
(b) If a marijuana cultivation facility fails to pay the tax to the state the marijuana cultivation facility’s registration may be revoked in accordance with procedures established under Alaska Stat. § 17.38.190(a)(1).
