Except for testimony and records related to an investigation by the department under this chapter, the registration application form, registration renewal form, disclosure statement, bond, contract, and other documents required to be prepared or filed with the department under this chapter, including a document created or obtained by the department under Alaska Stat. § 45.66.200, are public records available for public inspection and copying under Alaska Stat. § 40.25.110 – 40.25.220.
