- department: means the Department of Family and Community Services. See Alaska Statutes 47.14.990
- juvenile detention facility: has the meaning given in Alaska Stat. See Alaska Statutes 47.14.990
- juvenile treatment facility: has the meaning given in Alaska Stat. See Alaska Statutes 47.14.990
