(a) The department shall provide the panel access to information on child abuse or neglect cases that is necessary for the panel to carry out its duties under Alaska Stat. § 47.14.215.

  • department: means the Department of Family and Community Services. See Alaska Statutes 47.14.990
  • state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
(b) The department shall serve as staff to the state panel as requested by the panel members.
