The order to form a grand jury shall specify the number of jurors to constitute the grand jury. The grand jury shall consist of at least twelve but not more than sixteen persons, nine of whom constitute a quorum for all proceedings before it.

  • Grand jury: agreement providing that a lender will delay exercising its rights (in the case of a mortgage,
  • Grand jury: means a body of the required number of qualified persons who are duly convened and impanelled by the presiding judge of the superior court and who are sworn to inquire into public offenses that may be tried within the county, including corrupt or willful misconduct in office of public officials within the county.   • Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
