A motor carrier who is aggrieved by an assessment, decision or order of the director pursuant to this article may request a hearing pursuant to section 28-5924.

Terms Used In Arizona Laws 28-5865

  • Director: means the director of the department of transportation. See Arizona Laws 28-101
  • Motor carrier: means a person who operates or causes to be operated a motor vehicle on a public highway. See Arizona Laws 28-5851
