A plan may refer to facts that are ascertainable outside of the plan if the manner in which the facts will operate on the plan is specified in the plan. The facts may include the occurrence of an event or a determination or action by a person, whether or not the event, determination or action is within the control of a party to the transaction.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 29-2107
- Action: includes any matter or proceeding in a court, civil or criminal. See Arizona Laws 1-215
- Person: means an individual, a corporation, an estate, a trust, a partnership, a limited liability company, a business or similar trust, an association, a joint venture, a public corporation, a government, a governmental subdivision, agency or instrumentality or any other legal or commercial entity. - Plan: means a plan of merger, interest exchange, conversion, domestication or division. See Arizona Laws 29-2102
