A. This article does not apply to a boycott prohibited by 50 United States Code § 4842 or a regulation issued pursuant to that section.

Terms Used In Arizona Laws 35-393.03

  • Boycott: means engaging in a refusal to deal, terminating business activities or performing other actions that are intended to limit commercial relations with entities doing business in Israel or in territories controlled by Israel, if those actions are taken either:

    (a) Based in part on the fact that the entity does business in Israel or in territories controlled by Israel. See Arizona Laws 35-393

  • Person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association or society, as well as a natural person. See Arizona Laws 1-215
  • United States: includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Arizona Laws 1-215

B. If any provision of this article or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect any other provision or application of this article that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this article are severable.
