The board may reject any donation, bequest, or gift or property deemed by it to be unsuitable as a state park or monument.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 41-511.10
- Bequest: Property gifted by will.
- Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
- Property: includes both real and personal property. See Arizona Laws 1-215
