A. It is unlawful to knowingly move or sell a mobile home on which applicable ad valorem taxes imposed under this chapter have not been paid and are delinquent.

  • mobile home: means a structure that is transportable in one or more sections including the plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical systems that are contained in the structure and that, when erected on site, is either of the following:

  • Person: means a natural person, individual, proprietor, proprietorship, company, corporation, organization, association, joint venture, partner, partnership, trust, estate or limited liability company, the federal or state government, a political subdivision of a state or any other legal entity or combination of entities that owns, controls or has possession of real or personal property. B. A person who violates this section is guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor. Any fine collected under this subsection shall be deposited, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, in the state general fund.
