An officer or employee of the district has the right to enter any property in the district to carry out the district’s pest control programs, including treating and spraying of a cotton crop.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 48-1310
- District: means a cotton pest control district established pursuant to this chapter. See Arizona Laws 48-1301
- including: means not limited to and is not a term of exclusion. See Arizona Laws 1-215
- Pest: means any form of animal or plant life that is detrimental to cotton production. See Arizona Laws 48-1301
