- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

- Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
- owner: means the person who appears upon the records of the office of the county recorder as the holder of legal title in fee simple to land within the district. See Arizona Laws 48-3401
- Property: includes both real and personal property. See Arizona Laws 1-215
- Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
