(a) This chapter applies to all agencies of the state.
Terms Used In California Government Code 11410.20
- State: means the State of California, unless applied to the different parts of the United States. See California Government Code 18
- Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
(b) This chapter does not apply to the Legislature, the courts or judicial branch, or the Governor or office of the Governor.
