Notwithstanding Section 14670, the director, with the consent of the State Department of Developmental Services, may lease to the City of San Jose for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a fire station for a period not to exceed 75 years, real property of approximately two acres located on the grounds of Agnew State Hospital.
