Notwithstanding Section 14670, the Director of General Services, with the consent of the Department of Corrections, may lease to the City of Folsom a parcel of approximately five acres of unimproved real property situated in the County of Sacramento within Rancho Rio de Los Americanos for a period not to exceed 50 years for a police station or city hall.
