Every state agency shall furnish to the Department of General Services the information required by Section 14825.1 in sufficient time for it to be published in the California State Contracts Register, so as to give potential bidders not less than 10 working days’ notice prior to the contract bid opening date. Agencies shall not release invitations for bid or requests for proposals prior to publication in the California State Contracts Register.
