All expenses of the authority incurred in carrying out the provisions of this part shall be payable solely from funds provided pursuant to this part, and no liability shall be incurred by the authority beyond the extent to which moneys shall have been provided under this part.

- Authority: means the California Health Facilities Financing Authority created by this part or any board, body, commission, department, or officer succeeding to the principal functions thereof or to which the powers conferred upon the authority by this part shall be given by law.
