The board shall report annually to the Governor, the report to be printed at state expense. The report shall show:
(a) The assessed value of state-assessed and locally assessed real and personal property in each county and the assessed value of state-assessed and locally assessed property in each incorporated city or town.
Terms Used In California Government Code 15616
- assessed value: means 25 percent of full value to, and including, the 1980-81 fiscal year, and 100 percent of full value for the 1981-82 fiscal year and fiscal years thereafter. See California Government Code 25
- City: includes "city and county" and "incorporated town" but does not include "unincorporated town" or "village. See California Government Code 20
- County: includes city and county. See California Government Code 19
- Personal property: All property that is not real property.
- State: means the State of California, unless applied to the different parts of the United States. See California Government Code 18
- Town: includes "unincorporated town" and "village. See California Government Code 21
(b) Information concerning other taxes which it administers.
(c) Such further information and suggestions as it shall deem proper.
