Except as provided in Sections 7924.510, 7924.700, and 7929.610, this division does not require the disclosure of a final accreditation report of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospitals that has been transmitted to the State Department of Public Health pursuant to subdivision (b) of § 1282 of the Health and Safety Code.

- State: means the State of California, unless applied to the different parts of the United States. See California Government Code 18
