If the auditor of the south coast district is a county auditor, he shall be provided, upon his request, a monthly listing of the warrants issued under this section reporting the warrant number, the date and amount of the warrant, the name of the payee and the fund on which the warrant is drawn and a statement showing for the current fiscal year to date, for each required expenditure classification, the amount budgeted, actual expenditures, encumbrances, and unencumbered balances.

The form of the listing and statement shall be as prescribed by the south coast district board and approved by the county auditor.
