  • department: means State Department of Health Services. See California Health and Safety Code 20
  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
  • fixed location: is a ny single site at a building, structure, facility, or installation. See California Health and Safety Code 41751
