It shall be illegal for any person registered pursuant to this chapter and contracting with another registrant to engage in any business practice which causes or is likely to cause a violation of this chapter.

Terms Used In California Labor Code 2677.5

  • Person: means any individual, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, or association, and includes, but is not limited to, employers, manufacturers, jobbers, wholesalers, contractors, subcontractors, and any other person or entity engaged in the business of garment manufacturing.
