Any report, record, information, analysis, or request obtained by the department or any agency pursuant to this title is not a public record as defined in § 7920.530 of the Government Code and is not subject to disclosure under Article 1 (commencing with Section 7922.500) and Article 2 (commencing with Section 7922.525) of Chapter 1 of Part 3 of Division 10 of Title 1 of the Government Code.
