  • Property: means anything that may be the subject of ownership and includes both real and personal property and any interest therein. See California Probate Code 62

(1) Describe the property.

(2) State the names of the persons having or claiming undivided interests.

(3) Describe the undivided interests, so far as known to the petitioner.
