Any person who supplies any state agency with livestock products derived from any of the animals enumerated in § 19501 of the Food and Agricultural Code shall file with the department a sworn statement that the animals were slaughtered by methods defined in that section and in Sections 19502 and 19503 of the Food and Agricultural Code.
