The bond shall provide that the contractor or subcontractor shall pay for any materials, provisions, provender, or other supplies or use of implements or machinery used in, upon, for or about the performance of the work contracted to be done, or for any work or labor done thereon of any kind.

  • Subcontractor: means any person, firm, or corporation, other than the employees of the job order contractor, who is bonded and general liability insured and who contracts to furnish labor, or labor and materials, at the worksite or in connection with a job order, whether directly or indirectly on behalf of the job order contractor.
