  • Changes: as used in this chapter shall include corrections, alterations, modifications, additions, omissions, increases or decreases. See California Public Contract Code 20446
  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • department: means State Department of Health Services. See California Health and Safety Code 20
  • Director: means "State Director of Health Services. See California Health and Safety Code 21
  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
