The department may enter into, for a period not less than 20 years and not to exceed 25 years, an agreement with the Desert Pacific Council of the Boy Scouts of America for the use of a portion of Cuyamaca Rancho State Park. Any agreement so entered into shall be subject to approval by the Director of General Services pursuant to § 11005.2 of the Government Code.
