Board: means the governing board of the San Joaquin River Conservancy. See California Public Resources Code 32504
Conservancy: means the San Joaquin River Conservancy. See California Public Resources Code 32504
County: includes "city and county. See California Public Resources Code 14
Member agencies: means the City of Fresno and Counties of Fresno and Madera. See California Public Resources Code 32504
Parkway: means the San Joaquin River Parkway, as described in Section 32510. See California Public Resources Code 32504
