If any provision of this part, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, is held invalid, the remainder of the part, or the application of said provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby.

Terms Used In California Water Code 12002

  • person: means any person, firm, association, organization, partnership, business trust, corporation, or company, but not including any public corporation or other public entity. See California Water Code 12000
  • Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant.
